“Few years back Eemeli asked me a question. A question that started a proses in me. A healing journey. Me getting to know me. A little while ago we had a ceremony. Before the ceremony I had strong and uncomfortable feelings and so many thoughts went through my mind. I was scared but also eager to know what was coming. Facing traumas is never easy and definitely painful every time. We even had to postpone the date because my body reacted very strongly to all the thoughts going on in my head and heart. With a gentle and professional push Eemeli encouraged me to relax and face all the feelings and thoughts that came up and encouraged me to proceed.

Finally the day came and the ceremony was beautiful. Painful but beautiful. Many nodes were opened. Many hidden sensations were found, recognized and released with love.
