Rapé Ceremony

Hapé Ceremony in Helsinki

Hapé (also known as Rapé) is a sacred medicinal snuff that has been used by Indigenous Amazonian tribes for centuries. Made from finely ground tobacco and other sacred plants, it is traditionally administered through the nose in a ceremonial setting.

This powerful practice helps clear the mind, ground the body, and deepen spiritual connection, promoting emotional release, mental focus, and energetic alignment. When used with intention, hapé acts as a bridge to ancient wisdom and inner clarity.

While its effects vary from person to person, hapé may assist in releasing traumas, transforming limiting beliefs, and finding insight in challenging or stagnant life situations. Many people experience a profoundly meditative state when working with hapé. On a physical level, it can also cleanse the sinuses and nasal passages.
